1.New Drug Development Planning
- Identify new targets
- Discover and plan new biotech businesses and establish strategies based on our proprietary technology (Galux AI)
- Analyze trends in new drug development
- Build mid- to long-term new business portfolios
- Analyze literature such as papers, related articles, and patents
2.Pipeline Management
- Plan drug development at each stage (from target identification to clinical trials) based on progress
- Manage internal and external projects
- Analyze competitor trends
- Collaborate with related departments (e.g., Design and Development teams)
- Apply for and manage government grants
3.R&D Team Management
- Establish and improve work systems
- Manage team members' goals and training
4.Collaboration with External Institutions
- Evaluate and proceed with joint research projects
[Required Qualifications]
- Over 15 years of experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmacy
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience leading projects from target discovery to clinical trial initiation
- Experience in developing biopharmaceuticals (e.g., immunomodulators or anticancer drugs)
- Experience in research or research planning at domestic or international pharmaceutical companies
- Ph.D. in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmacy
