ㆍOwn the full BD life-cycle: scouting and qualifying opportunities, structuring deals, drafting term sheets, coordinating due-diligence datarooms, leading negotiations, and guiding partnerships to value-inflection milestones.
ㆍPartner with the executive team to refine portfolio strategy, mentor senior BD staff, and keep commercial objectives tightly aligned with R&D priorities.
ㆍRepresent Galux at international partnering conferences and investor meetings.
[Required competencies]
ㆍFull-cycle deal leadership: Proven ability to source opportunities, qualify targets, articulate high-level scientific and commercial rationale, coordinate diligence/data rooms, negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements, and drive transactions to signing and alliance launch.
ㆍProven alliance-management success: Stewarded multi-year collaborations to critical milestones and measurable value
ㆍStart-up mindest: Comfortable rolling up sleeves, working with lean resource-constrained settings.
ㆍStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.
ㆍBackground in life sciences, pharmacy or medicine

ㆍSenior-level network across global pharma, biotech, and venture investors (SVP/C-suite).
ㆍ Hands-on influence over pipeline strategy or portfolio governance, steering go/no-go and resource-allocation decisions.
ㆍTrack record of mentoring and developing high-/mid-level BD staff.
ㆍAdvanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or business.
[Qualifications]
ㆍDegree: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
ㆍWork experience: 15 + years in BD, licensing, or M&A within biopharma, including 8 + years as primary deal lead (term sheets, data rooms, negotiations, closings)
