[What'll you do?]
As a member of Galux's Business Development team, you will support and drive partnering activities across the full BD cycle. • Lead and manage conference and partnering meeting strategy, including scheduling 1-on-1 meetings, conducting outreach, and converting conference interactions into actionable opportunities.
• Manage deal execution workflows, including contract processes (CDAs, MTAs, licensing agreements), diligence coordination, and structured tracking of all partner interactions, deal stages, and contract status to ensure visibility across the team.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with R&D and other internal stakeholders to gather inputs for partnering activities and ensure alignment on deal strategy.
• Stay current on industry trends, therapeutic area developments, and competitive dynamics relevant to Galux's platform and pipeline.

• Self-sufficiency and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams with attention to detail.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex science into clear, persuasive partner-facing narratives.
[Preferred Qualifications]
