Expression analysis and binding assessment of protein drug candidates
Conduct basic molecular biology work such as gene cloning for protein expression (PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, ligation, E. coli transformation, plasmid mini prep)
Verify protein expression via transfection into cell lines and Western blot analysis
Measure binding affinity of expressed proteins to target molecules (e.g., ELISA)
In vitro, cell-based functional assays for protein drug candidates
Perform cell-based assays to evaluate the in vitro activity of expressed proteins against target proteins
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher (entry-level applicants are welcomed)
Degree in biology or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience
Hands-on experience with molecular biology experiments
Proficiency in gene cloning techniques
Preferred qualifications
Background in molecular biology or relevant lab experience
Experience in therapeutic protein development
