Responsibilities
- Lead the Display Part within the Platform Development Team
- Develop strategies for yeast (or phage) display and design libraries
- Conduct bio-panning and select candidate binders
- Analyze expression and binding affinity of protein/antibody drug candidates
Required qualifications
- Experience with phage or yeast display
- Strong molecular biology skills, including:
- Gene cloning
- Mammalian cell expression
- Cell-based assays
- Protein/antibody binding assays and activity evaluation
- Education: Master’s degree or higher
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a relevant field (excluding graduate research)
Preferred qualifications
- rior experience with display technologies at pharmaceutical companies (domestic or international)
- Background in antibody therapeutics development
