Develop pipeline discovery and drug development strategies utilizing AI-driven drug design platforms
Evaluate the development potential of AI-designed molecules and prioritize pipeline programs
Lead molecular optimization, developability assessment, and nonclinical development strategy and execution
Manage and develop the Drug Development organization, including Bio CMC, Pharmacology, and Nonclinical Development functions
Collaborate closely with AI research teams to establish molecular design directions and optimization strategies
Lead IND-enabling strategy development and execution for lead pipeline programs
Drive pipeline risk assessment and make data-driven go/no-go decisions
Develop development strategies and data packages to support global partnering and licensing activities
Select, manage, and collaborate with external development partners, including CROs, CDMOs, and research institutions
Establish AI-driven drug development systems and develop long-term strategies for AI integration across the drug development process
[Qualifications]
Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Immunology, or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in drug development
Proven experience in protein therapeutic development
Demonstrated leadership experience in R&D organizations or drug development programs

Extensive experience and strong understanding of the entire development process for protein therapeutics, from early discovery through nonclinical development
Proven experience leading drug development projects or programs
Hands-on experience in developing and executing IND-enabling strategies
Experience evaluating development candidates and making go/no-go decisions
Experience managing collaborations with CROs, CDMOs, and external research organizations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive development outcomes
[Preferred Qualifications]
Experience in drug development for immunology-related diseases, including immuno-oncology and autoimmune disorders
Experience developing immunocytokines, multispecific antibodies, or antibody-based fusion proteins
Leadership experience in global pharmaceutical companies or leading biotechnology companies
Experience developing R&D strategies or collaborating in AI-driven drug discovery and development environments
Experience in global licensing-out (L/O) or co-development partnerships
Experience building R&D organizations and development processes within a growing biotechnology company
Strong English communication skills for global collaboration and business partnering
