Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Planning
- Establish and execute mid- to long-term HR strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Develop HR strategies linked to organizational structure and business strategy.
- Advance and optimize HR systems, including recruitment, evaluation, compensation, and promotion.
2. Recruitment Strategy & Talent Acquisition
- Develop recruitment strategies and annual hiring plans aligned with business and organizational strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including hiring planning, screening, interviews, evaluation, and offer management.
- Build and manage talent pipelines and candidate pools.
- Operate recruitment channels such as job portals, company website, and headhunting agencies.
- Design, improve, and manage recruitment processes.
3. Performance Evaluation & Compensation System Management
- Improve and operate HR policies and systems.
- Plan and manage performance evaluation cycles and evaluation processes.
- Manage payroll and compensation systems.
- Design and manage performance-based compensation and incentive structures.
- Operate employee benefits programs and ensure integration with HR policies.
4. Labor Relations, Compliance & Industrial Safety
- Improve workplace culture and manage internal communication initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and respond to HR-related legal issues.
- Handle labor relations and industrial accident prevention-related tasks.
- Manage internal regulations and HR policies.
- Collaborate with external labor consultants and professional advisors.
5. HR Data & HR Systems Management
- Manage and analyze HR data.
- Operate and improve HR and payroll systems.
- Prepare HR-related reports and present them to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (4-year university or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, evaluation, compensation, and labor management.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and practical application in HR operations.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Proactive, responsible, and self-driven mindset with strong ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or deep-tech startup environments.
- Experience as an HR manager in organizations with 50 or more employees.
- Prior experience in HR systems (HRIS) and HR operations management.
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Practical experience in labor relations and industrial safety management.
Eligibility / Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience: 5–10 years of relevant HR experience.
