Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in vivo efficacy studies and animal experiments for biologic drug candidates (antibodies/proteins)
- Establish and evaluate syngeneic and xenograft tumor models
- Analyze immune cell infiltration, cytokine profiling, and tissue-based analyses
Required Qualifications
- Research experience in antibody therapeutics and/or immuno-oncology
- Advanced experience in flow cytometry data analysis
- Hands-on experience with tumor model–based in vivo efficacy studies
- Experience in PK/PD studies and/or immune cell functional assays
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven research experience in immuno-oncology drugs or antibody therapeutics
- Advanced flow cytometry experience (e.g., Cytek Aurora, SONY cell sorter)
- Strong experience in in vivo efficacy evaluation using tumor models
- Experience in developing PBMC- or immune cell–based functional/activation assays
- Experience in PK/PD analysis or cytokine profiling
- Certification related to animal experimentation (e.g., Laboratory Animal Technician)
- Experience in nonclinical/preclinical research at domestic pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Immunology, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
